🛍️ Return Policy

All sales are final.
Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

⚡ Processing Time

We work diligently to process all of our Bossy orders in a timely manner!
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase and shipped via USPS.

​

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text.

​

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Priority Shipping: $12.00 USD — delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days rates starting at $30.00 USD ships anywhere in the U.S. (Charges vary and depends on size of order).

  • International Shipping: Starting at $35.00 USD and up (rates vary by location).

  • First Class Shipping: The fastest standard mail service available.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, Bossy Kulture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your tracking shows your package has been delivered to the address provided, it is no longer our responsibility.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim.


🔁 Return Package Policy

Please verify and confirm your shipping address before completing your order.

If your package is returned to Bossy Kulture as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the initial shipping fee and any return fees.

If your shipping and billing addresses differ, please specify this in the “Add Notes” section at checkout (under the Promo Code field).

​

Bosses, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information.

💨 Same-Day Delivery (Local Orders Only)

Available Thursdays & Fridays Only for customers inside the I-270 loop (Columbus, Ohio).

  • Orders must be paid in advance via Cash App, Zelle or Apple pay: $BossyKulture

  • Orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify

  • Select “Same-Day Delivery” at checkout

  • Deliveries occur between 2 PM – 7 PM

Need to schedule a specific time? Contact us directly via email @ and include:

  • Your name

  • Address

  • Order number

  • Requested delivery time frame

(Must be inside the I-270 loop to be eligible.)
